The Rofco B5 is the smallest oven in the range but delivers professional results. Its 30 × 48 cm chamotte deck stores heat for an even bake and crisp crust, fitting two 850 g loaves.
A single steam vent injects humidity for superb oven spring.
Running on 230 V at 1.3 kW and weighing just 22 kg, the B5 is perfect for home kitchens, micro-bakeries and restaurants wanting artisan bread on demand.
