The Rofco B10 doubles B5 capacity with two 30 × 48 cm decks—four 850 g loaves per batch.
Chamotte masonry provides even heat; a single steam vent supplies humidity.
Consuming 1.8 kW at 230 V and measuring 37 × 60 × 64 cm (35 kg), it is ideal for micro-bakeries or ambitious home bakers.
