The Xavis Bakechef is a compact electric stone deck oven with a 60 × 40 cm baking surface. The generous deck allows you to bake multiple loaves, rolls or pastries in one batch and ensures even heat distribution for a beautifully crisp crust.
An integrated steam tray with external water pump delivers steam on demand, without the need for a fixed water connection. Simply place the suction hose into a water container to generate powerful steam for better oven spring and a glossy crust, while the chimney/steam vent lets you easily release excess steam.
Top and bottom heat are controlled separately via three clear dials for top temperature, bottom temperature and baking time. The switchable interior light allows you to closely monitor the baking process. In this way, the Bakechef combines professional baking results with very straightforward, intuitive operation.
With a power rating of 3.6 kW on single phase and a 16-amp connection, the Bakechef is designed to run on a dedicated circuit. External dimensions of 93 × 75 × 49 cm and a net weight of 56 kg make this oven compact enough for most (home) kitchens, yet robust and durable enough for intensive use in micro bakeries and professional catering environments.
